Social and Emotional Curriculum for Homeschooling
“Uplift is the highlight of our homeschool day because it gives us time to pause and connect with each other.” — Jade H., Uplift user
Uplift Kids offers a lesson library and curriculum that’s centered in social and emotional learning, providing families with an easy addition to the education experience. Pair it with an academic curriculum so that your kids get direct practice in every every aspect of life.
Each lesson contains a section for teens (ages 13-17), kids (8-12), and littles (3-7).
We recommend starting each lesson with a simple practice that works for your family — lighting a candle, expressing gratitude, singing a song, etc.
We also offer Daily Uplift (included in our annual membership), which members can save to their phone’s home screen and use like an app so you can weave a bite-sized experience into your home each day.
Build Social and Emotional Skills
In addition to our social and emotional lessons (listed below), parents can also use our printable guides and kits to teach specific skills. Work with kids to help them understand new ways of thinking about worry and knee-jerk reactions based on big emotions, whether you do it in a formal lesson or just print out a specific skillbuilding worksheet for the week. It’s a simple way to remind kids of timeless insights.
