52 No-Prep Moments
One of the most frequent comments that Uplift Kids Co-founder Michelle Larson hears in her work as a therapist is “I wish I’d learned these skills years ago, when I was a kid!”
Our new no-prep program for 2026, which uses printables from our social and emotional learning page (for members), gives you weekly moments to explore timeless skills together. Whether you’re learning how to manage big emotions, think kind thoughts, find good friends, or find your purpose, these skills are essential at any age.
With this program, you’ll support each other in the journey while reducing stress in the home — and have fun along the way. Open one moment each week to watch a curated video, practice a skill, and chat together.
(Note: If you want to dive deeper, each of these no-prep moments ties to specific lessons from our lesson library. See our calendar program for a more robust weekly experience.)
We’ll create one new moment below each week throughout 2026. By the end of a year, you’ll have a range of skills for a lifetime!
