When you need rest, do you rest?

Here are some common signs that you might be tired and are in need of a rest or more sleep:

  • You are easily irritated or annoyed at little things
  • You are having a hard time focusing or concentrating on things you want to do
  • You feel hyper or even a little out of control
  • You fall asleep quickly when you take a car ride or other places that aren’t your bed
  • You’re having a hard time getting out of bed for school in the morning
  • You find yourself yawning or rubbing your eyes a lot
