What’s your favorite way to feel calm?
Calm Down Box
In a small box, ask everyone to place items that may help them calm down when they are feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Some ideas may be: favorite books, coloring/journaling paper, bubbles, legos, play doh, gum, essential oils, pictures of favorite memories or places. Keep this box in a safe space where you can access it for stressful moments.
