“In all things it is better to hope than to despair.”
—Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Today’s Excerpt:

Sentence stem: “I feel the most hope when…”

Sometimes it’s hard to imagine that things can get better. During these times it doesn’t feel like there is anything to look forward to and you can’t see new possibilities around the corner.

This can feel like a cold, dark winter inside of you. No light to look toward, and nothing colorful blooming and growing on the horizon.

But spring always comes after winter. Even when you feel dark and hopeless inside, something new will come and things will change.

Watch “Season Time Lapse” (1-min video) showing that change will always come.

Spring always brings warmth and new life after the cold, dark winter. We can have hope that spring will come.
