How do you know you’ve spent too long on a device?
One way is to be aware of how you feel.
You might feel sensations such as:
- Dry eyes
- Restless legs
- Tense shoulders and jaw
- Stiff neck
And you might feel emotions such as:
- Anger over losing a game
Listening to your body as well as your inner compass is one good way to know when it’s time to take a break.
