Brainstorm some conflict resolution strategies that work for you. Say them out loud or write them down.

Here are some ideas:

  • Take a deep breath
  • Count backward from 10
  • Get help from an adult
  • Tell the person to stop
  • Take a break
  • Say how you feel
  • Listen to the other person
