“Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow; it empties today of its strength.”
— Corrie ten Boom, Dutch writer

THIS WEEK’S LESSON

Anxiety

Today’s Excerpt:

What is not helpful to worry about?

Write down one thing that you’re worrying about right now. At the end of the week, pull the list out and see how you relate to each item after time has passed. Chances are, you’ll see that some of your worries worked themselves out naturally. This exercise can put it all in perspective — especially if you pull the list back out in a month or in a year!
