“In every community there is work to be done. In every nation, there are wounds to heal. In every heart there is the power to do it.”
— Marianne Williamson, author

Today’s Excerpt:

Where do you see suffering?

No one can possibly be an activist about everything, but you can see a need in the world, match that need with your strengths, and do something — big or small — to make a difference.

Challenge: Find one place you notice suffering and dedicate time to it throughout the week. If you’re looking for something simple with direct results, you might spend 20 minutes picking up trash in your city or do a shift at a food bank.
